Organisations and projects are confronted with problems every day that require creative ideas and solutions. In this workshop, we will get to know a catalogue of artistic methods that help us to understand and communicate complex processes. In the 3.5-hour workshop, we will use practical exercises to develop the strategies of Artistic Research as a tool for a change of perspective in organisational development and communication. We will work in small teams and discuss concrete implementation ideas for your organisation.

Emanuel Mathias is an artist and researcher. He deals with distance-proximity relationships in interdisciplinary contexts between the documentary and the speculative, art and society as well as humans and nature.
From 2017 to 2024, as part of his Artistic Ph.D. at the Bauhaus University Weimar, he researched the proximity-distance relationship of biologists studying the behaviour of great apes.
