FUNKEN Space – the perfect venue for your next event!

The venues:

With us, you can choose between two venue packages – “Seminar Room” and “Cafeteria” – or book both together.

When booking a package, the outdoor areas in front of and behind the villa, complete with tables and benches, are also at your disposal. These are ideal for champagne receptions, setting up stages for concerts or relaxing breaks during a seminar.

The FUNKEN Academy is also easily accessible by public transport. There are also around 50 parking spaces available behind the building.

1. Seminar room

(approx. 90m²) including foyer and private room

The seminar room, including foyer and private room, is located on the first floor and is ideal for conferences, lectures, panel discussions, exhibitions and more – there are no limits to creativity here. Directly adjacent to the large seminar room is a smaller room, the private room. This can be used for additional event activities, to display exhibits or to create a space for networking.

Overview of the “Seminar Room” package:

  • Capacity: approx. 50–70 people (depending on seating arrangement)
  • Equipment: Projector and screen, flipchart
  • Room hire (net, plus 19% VAT)
    • Half-day (07:00–16:00): €300
    • Half-day evening (16:00–23:00): €390
    • Full day (07:00–23:00): €450
  • Cleaning costs: €85
  • (Cleaning costs for both rooms: €220)

 

2. Cafeteria

approx. (85m²) incl. entrance area and bar

The ‘Cafeteria’ package includes the spacious entrance area, the bar and the cafeteria room on the ground floor. It is suitable for receptions, workshops, networking events, catering, after-work events and similar occasions.

  • Equipment: Wi-Fi, 80″ screen (for further equipment, see additional services), flipchart
  • Room hire (net, plus 19% VAT)
    • Half-day (07:00–16:00): €300
    • Half-day evening (16:00–23:00): €390
    • Full day (07:00–23:00): €450
  • Cleaning costs: €150
  • (Cleaning costs for both rooms: €220)

  • Provision of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (billed on a per-item basis)
  • Advice and assistance with set-up

  • Catering (cold finger food: €15–20 per person, cold/hot buffet: €28–35)
